Allergy Aware: We work together to ensure every child feels safe, included and supported, whatever their allergy or dietary need.
Nut-Free School. The safety and wellbeing of our pupils is our highest priority. To help protect children and adults with nut allergies, our school operates as a nut-free school. We ask all pupils, parents, carers, staff and visitors not to bring nuts or products containing nuts onto the school premises, including in packed lunches, snacks and food brought in for special occasions. We appreciate everyone’s cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all members of our school community.
In This Section
Our school is located in central Slough and is a purpose built, open plan learning space. The school has places for 163 children in total, for 2, 3 and 4 yr olds. These places consist of a combination of morning, afternoon and 30hr places. Each child is attached to a ‘homebase’ group with a team of supportive staff. Our staff include teaches, early years practitioners and teaching assistants. In the mainstream nursery we support children with a range of additional needs. To enhance our provision, the school has a 6 place resource unit for children with autistic spectrum disorders attached to the mainstream nursery.
